Now i begin to realize the cause & treatment of the disease.
My realization comes from the biography of a poor Yunanese boy from Htain Chone.
The story begins in 1900 in Yunan .
A young poverty-stricken Yunanese boy( from the village of Htain Chone )by the name of Law San ventured into Burma. He was hard working .
He did manual odd jobs for a living first in Bhamo, then in Mandalay , then moved to Chaung U ,near Letpadaungtaung .
Gradually Law San became a rich elite in Chaung U.
He married headman's daughter.
U Law San became a prominent person in Chaung U.
Gradually his off-springs virtually became "ruling elites" of Chaung U.
Unfortunately when U Law San was 65, his dear wife passed away.
Fortunately or unfortunately U Law San was still very active(physically & mentally).
Widower U Law San felt very lonely.
He spent most of his time visiting karoke bars ,drank heavily & illicit relationships with very young girls.
Poor old man became weaker & weaker & finally so weak that he became bed ridden.
To regain his strength,sons & daughters had to do something urgent.
Nutrtious food is vital in this case.
Cow-milk is nutritious.
Goat-milk is more-nutritious.
Human-milk is most nutritious.
And the style of feeding also matters.
Breast feeding is most proper style.
Don't forget LawSans were elites in ChaungU at that time.
They hired a lovely breast-feeder for their beloved father.
Initially the scheme worked very well & the old man's health improved.
But as you know ,too much of a good thing is sometimes bad.
In spite of initial improvements,later on the old man became weaker & weaker.
It may be due to overfeeding or some other side effects.
And finally the old man can not be helped & died.

Naturally if we know the cause , we may remove the effects.
Actually i now realize ,the disease in Q2 is caused by over-sucking of milk & less sucking of milk is the cure.
Once upon a time,a physics lecturer was cured by similar thinking.
Poor lecturer of our dept. suffered from gastric trouble.
He did not go to a doctor ,because he is stingy.
His reasoning was that gastric disease was caused by gastric worms.
He was a physicist & naturally wise like u & me.
He reduced food intake to starve the worms.
Naturally gastric worms died because of starvation & gastric disease was cured!
Poor lecturer was cured of gastric.
I think ur lady Royal surgeon Dr daw khin tint should submit this wonderful case history @ International conferences.
She might get nobel prize for medicine .
She will become second nobel winner after dassk.
