ON Irrawaddy dam project

*this is an enormous project;
*the present regime is “transitional” de facto gov.,& lacks legitimacy;
*they have no RIGHT to handle this giant project;
*this issue should be settled by next "legitimate" govt. by the people ,for the people of Burma.
