Strategy,non-violent resistance:
promote "civil disobedience" such as non-payment of electrical bills &
long march protest until FULL electrical power is obtained .
If we apply only part of the whole
strategy, success may not be certain ;
Ghandi's strategy included protest by long march from sea to big cities.
This sounds rather "confrontational",but when we apply a system of schemes, the application should include
whole of the scheme.
This long march is included in
"Civil disobedience action".
Non-violence & passive resistance
Should be supplemented with "civil disobedience".
