Right beings in Right place.
Kitchens are proper place for cats because plentiful of food are available for them & their main mission is to kill rats.
I wonder 25% green uniformed delegates are fit to attend parliament.
A parliament is a place for intellectuals to discuss, to debate, to agree to disagree,to plan with intellect, intuition & wisdom for common good without bias( uniformed, non-uniformed, male or female, religious faith , Rakhine or otherwise, guests or hosts - first comers or later comers etc.).
It is not a place to show our physical courage( by showing scars on our stomachs) or to show our aggressiveness ( by threatening to slap faces who disagree with us).
