army soldiers are stay occupied in kachin state now and stay killing
kachin people,WHY?Only burma army invaded the kachin state for 1 year
now,better withdraw from kachin state now.

WHAT HAPPENED AFTER 17 YEARS OF CEASE FIRE (JUNE 10,2011)

only comprehensive effort by all-inclusive ethnic groups (not
separate group) & all mainstream democratic forces (NLD, 8888
generation students)could stop the protected civil war;
the present ruling regime does not want long lasting peace;
they just want to play with ON and OFF ceasefires;
democratic forces must make initiative moves;
definitively the regime will not make initiative moves.
