What is an inertiAl frame?
A frame of reference that moves with constant velocity with respect to an inertial frame is also an inertial frame.
For example: Newton's laws work in the physics lab, which is fixed to
the Earth.
Therefore they also work in a train moving with constant velocity with respect to the Earth.
Therefore they also work in a train moving with constant velocity with respect to the Earth.
