ရူပေဗဒ ပညာရပ္မွာ ‘အင္နားရွား’ ဆိုတဲ့ သေဘာတရား တစ္ခုရွိပါတယ္။ အဲဒါကေတာ့ အရာဝတၳဳေတြရဲ႕ ေနၿမဲေနလိုတဲ့ သေဘာကို ေဖာ္ျပခ်က္ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ အရွိန္တစ္ခုနဲ႔ သြားေနတဲ့ ကားကို စီးလာတုန္း ႐ုတ္တရက္ ဘရိတ္အုပ္လိုက္တဲ့ အခါ ကားက ရပ္သြားေပမယ့္ လူက ေရွ႕ကို ငိုက္က်သြားတဲ့ သေဘာပါ။ အဲဒီလိုပဲ က်ေနာ္တို႔အေနနဲ႔ အခ်ိန္ၾကာျမင့္စြာ လုပ္ေဆာင္ခဲ့တဲ့အရာေတြ၊ အခ်ိန္ၾကာျမင့္စြာ ျဖတ္သန္းခဲ့ရမႈေတြက ေနာက္ပိုင္းကာလေတြအထိ သက္ေရာက္မႈရွိေနတတ္တာကို ႀကံဳေတြ႔တတ္ၾကပါတယ္။
ဆိုၾကပါစို႔။ ခရီးေဝးတစ္ခုကို မီးရထားစီးၿပီး သြားရတဲ့အခါမ်ဳိးမွာ ခရီးဆံုးလို႔ ေအးေအးလူလူေနရေပမယ့္ ရထားေပၚမွာ ထိုင္ၿပီး လိုက္ရတဲ့သေဘာမ်ဳိး၊ သေဘၤာစီးၿပီး သြားရတဲ့အခါမွာလည္း ခရီးဆံုးေပမယ့္ လႈိင္းပုတ္လို႔ သေဘၤာယိမ္းထိုးတဲ့အခါ ခံစားရပံုမ်ဳိးေတြကို ဆက္လက္ ခံစားၾကရတယ္ မဟုတ္ပါလား။ ဒါဟာ သက္ေရာက္မႈမ်ားကို ခံစားရပါမ်ားလို႔ အရွိန္မေသျခင္း ျဖစ္ပါလိမ့္မယ္။
ဒီဥပမာကေလးေတြကိုၾကည့္မယ္ဆိုရင္ေတာင္ သက္ေရာက္မႈမ်ားမွာ ေနာက္ဆက္တြဲ ခံစားရမႈေတြ ဘယ္ေလာက္ရွိတယ္ ဆိုတာ ျမင္ေတြ႔ႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ ဒါက ခႏၾၶြာကိုယ္ျပင္ပ ခံစားမႈေတြသာျဖစ္ၿပီး အေျခခံအားျဖင့္ သိပ္ၿပီး ထူးျခားလွတာေတာ့ မဟုတ္ ပါဘူး။ သူ႔ထက္ဆိုးတာကေတာ့ စိတ္ပိုင္းဆိုင္ရာပါ ထိခိုက္ခံရမႈေတြျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံအတြင္းမွာ စိတ္ပိုင္းဆိုင္ရာ၊ ကိုယ္ပိုင္း ဆိုင္ရာ ႏွစ္ေပါင္းမ်ားစြာ ခံစားခဲ့ရသူေတြအမ်ားႀကီး ရွိေနပါတယ္။ သူတို႔အေနနဲ႔ အတိတ္က ခါးခါးသီးသီး ခံစားခဲ့ရမႈေတြက အၿမဲေျခာက္လွန္႔ျခင္း ခံေနရသလို ပစၥဳပၸန္အခ်ိန္ေတြမွာလည္း ဆက္လက္ ေႏွာင့္ယွက္ ၿခိမ္းေျခာက္မႈေတြကို ခံစားေနၾကရပါတယ္။ အဲဒီလိုခံစားေနရတဲ့ အထင္ရွားဆံုးပုဂၢဳိလ္မ်ားကေတာ့ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံတြင္းက ႏိုင္ငံေရးအက်ဥ္းသားေဟာင္းမ်ား ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံမွာ ႏိုင္ငံေရးယံုၾကည္ခ်က္ေၾကာင့္ ႏွစ္ရွည္အက်ဥ္းက်ခဲ့ရသူေတြ မ်ားစြာရွိပါတယ္။ တခ်ဳိ႕ဆိုရင္ စစ္အစိုးရ လက္ထက္မွာတင္ ၂ ႀကိမ္ ၃ ႀကိမ္ အဖမ္းခံရ၊ အက်ဥ္းခ်ခံရသူေတြျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ အဲဒီလို ႏိုင္ငံေရး အက်ဥ္းသားေဟာင္းမ်ားရဲ႕ အေရအတြက္က လက္ရွိအက်ဥ္းေထာင္ထဲမွာ အက်ဥ္းက်ခံေနရတဲ့ ႏိုင္ငံေရးအက်ဥ္းသားမ်ားရဲ႕ အေရအတြက္ထက္ မ်ားပါတယ္။ သူတို႔အေနနဲ႔ လူ႔အခြင့္အေရးကင္းမဲ့လွတဲ့ စစ္အစိုးရလက္ေအာက္မွာ လူ႔ဂုဏ္သိကၡာမ်ားကို ခဝါခ်ၿပီး အက်ဥ္းသားအျဖစ္ ေနထိုင္ရင္း စိတ္ေရာကိုယ္ပါ အခ်ိန္ၾကာျမင့္စြာ ႏွိပ္စက္ခံခဲ့ၾကရတာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ အက်ဥ္းသားဆိုတဲ့ ဘဝဟာ ဆိုးရြားတဲ့ အေနအထားျဖစ္ေပမယ့္ အက်ဥ္းေထာင္ကို မေရာက္ခင္မွာ ဒီထက္ဆိုးဝါးတဲ့ ျဖတ္သန္းမႈေတြကို ရင္ဆိုင္ခဲ့ၾကရပါေသးတယ္။ အဲဒါကေတာ့ ေထာက္လွမ္းေရး စခန္းမ်ားပဲ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
ေထာက္လွမ္းေရးကို အားျပဳၿပီး အုပ္ခ်ဳပ္တဲ့ ျမန္မာစစ္အစိုးရလက္ထက္မွာ ႏိုင္ငံေရးလႈပ္ရွားမႈေၾကာင့္ ဖမ္းဆီးခံရသူတိုင္း စစ္ေထာက္လွမ္းေရး စခန္းမ်ားကို ျဖတ္သန္းခဲ့ရတာ ခ်ည္းပါပဲ။ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံရဲ႕ စစ္ေထာက္လွမ္းေရးစခန္းမ်ားဟာ အတိုက္အခံ အင္အားစုမ်ားကို ေခ်မႈန္းဖို႔ တည္ေထာင္ထားတဲ့ အရာမ်ားသာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ကမBာေပၚက ည‡ဥ္းပန္းႏွိပ္စက္မႈမ်ဳိးစံုကို အသံုးျပဳ ေလ့က်င့္ထားတယ္လို႔ ထင္မွတ္ရေလာက္ေအာင္ပဲ ျမန္မာစစ္ေထာက္လွမ္းေရးရဲ႕ စစ္ေၾကာေရးစခန္းမ်ားက အေတြ႔အႀကံဳမ်ားဟာ ခါးသီးလွပါတယ္။ “မင္းတို႔ကို ဒီမွာတင္ အသက္ေပ်ာက္သြားေအာင္ လုပ္လို႔ရတယ္”ဆိုတဲ့ စကားက စစ္ေၾကာေရးစခန္း ေတာ္ေတာ္မ်ားမ်ားက စစ္ေထာက္လွမ္းေရးေတြရဲ႕ လက္သံုးစကားပါ။
အမွတ္မဲ့ဆိုရင္ ဒီစကားဟာ ၿခိမ္းေျခာက္တဲ့စကားသာ ျဖစ္တယ္လို႔ထင္ရပါတယ္။ ဒါေပမယ့္လည္း လက္ေတြ႔ခံစားခဲ့ရသူေတြ ရွိေနၿပီး တခ်ဳိ႕ဆိုရင္ စစ္ေၾကာေရးကာလမွာတင္ အသက္ဆံုးပါးခဲ့ရတာေတြ ရွိပါတယ္။ အမ်ဳိးသားဒီမိုကေရစီအဖြဲ႔ခ်ဳပ္ စတင္တည္ေထာင္ခဲ့သူေတြထဲက တစ္ဦးျဖစ္တဲ့ ဦးေမာင္ကိုဟာ ၁၉၉ဝ ျပည့္ႏွစ္ ႏွစ္ကုန္ပိုင္းမွာ စစ္ေထာက္လွမ္းေရးစခန္းမွာတင္ ကြယ္လြန္ခဲ့ရပါတယ္။ ဒါဟာ ထင္ရွားတဲ့ သာဓက တစ္ခုသာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
ေထာက္လွမ္းေရးစခန္းမ်ားကို ေရာက္ရွိသူမ်ားကို ေထာက္လွမ္းေရးအဖြဲ႔ဝင္ေတြက ရန္သူလို သေဘာထားၿပီး ေဒါသတႀကီး ဆက္ဆံတတ္ၾကပါတယ္။ အသက္အရြယ္ႀကီးရင့္သူေတြ၊ သာသနာ့ဝန္ထမ္းပုဂၢိဳလ္ေတြကအစ ရိုေသသမႈမရွိၾကဘဲ ရန္ၿငိဳးရန္စရွိသလို ဆက္ဆံတတ္ၾကပါတယ္။ အဲဒီလို ၾကမ္းၾကမ္းတမ္းတမ္းဆက္ဆံတဲ့ ေနရာေတြကို ေက်ာ္ျဖတ္ၿပီး ေနာက္ဆံုးမွ ႏိုင္ငံေရးအက်ဥ္းသား အျဖစ္ ေထာင္ကို အပို႔ခံရတာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

ကိုယ့္အဝန္းအဝိုင္းျပင္ပက ခပ္စိမ္းစိမ္းေနတဲ့အခါ ႏိုင္ငံေရးအက်ဥ္းသားေဟာင္း အခ်င္းခ်င္း၊ ႏိုင္ငံေရးလႈပ္ရွားသူ အခ်င္းခ်င္း ေပါင္းၾကဖို႔ပဲ ရွိပါေတာ့တယ္။ အဲဒီအခါက်ျပန္ေတာ့လည္း စစ္ေထာက္လွမ္းေရးမ်ားရဲ႕ ေစာင့္ၾကည့္ျခင္းကို ခံရျပန္ပါတယ္။ ဒါထက္မက မၾကာခဏ ေခၚယူေမးျမန္းမႈေတြကိုေတာင္ ခံရတတ္ပါေသးတယ္။ ဒီၾကားထဲမွာ ေထာင္တြင္းက ပါလာတဲ့ ခႏၶြာကိုယ္ပိုင္းဆိုင္ရာေရာဂါေတြ၊ စိတ္ပိုင္းဆိုင္ရာေရာဂါဘယေတြကို ခံစားၾကရပါေသးတယ္။ တခ်ဳိ႕ဆိုရင္ စိတ္ေရာဂါကု ေဆး႐ံုကို သြားေရာက္ကုသေနၾကရပါတယ္။ ႏိုင္ငံေရးအက်ဥ္းသားေဟာင္း အမ်ားစုဟာ ခႏၶြာကိုယ္ ကိုက္ခဲတဲ့ေရာဂါ၊ အစာအိမ္ လမ္းေၾကာင္းဆိုင္ရာေရာဂါေတြကို ေနာက္ပိုင္းႏွစ္ေတြတေလွ်ာက္လံုး ခံစားၾကရပါတယ္။ နာတာရွည္လိုျဖစ္တဲ့ အဲဒီေရာဂါေတြက ေသရာပါလိမ့္မယ္လို႔ သူတို႔က ဆိုပါတယ္။ ဒါဟာ အိပ္မက္ေတြ မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။

၁၃-၁-၂၀၁၂ ရက္ေန႔ အက်ဥ္းေထာင္အသီးသီးမွ နုိင္ငံေရးအက်ဥ္းသားမ်ား ျပန္လည္လြတ္ေျမာက္လာျခင္းနဲ႔ အတူ နုိင္ငံတဝွမ္းလံုး အုန္းအုန္က်က္က်က္၊ လႈပ္လႈပ္ရွားရွား ျဖစ္လာၾကတာေတြ႔ရပါသည္။ ရုပ္သံလႊင့္ဌာနေတြ မွာ အက်ဥ္းေထာင္ေရွ႕ျမင္ကြင္းမ်ားကုိ ေတြ႔ရသည္။ လြတ္ေျမာက္လာသူေတြႏွင့္ အင္တာဗ်ဴးမ်ား၊ အက်ဥ္း ေထာင္ေရွ႕သြားေရာက္ၾကိဳဆုိေနသည့္ မိသားစုဝင္မ်ားႏွင့္ အင္တာဗ်ဴးမ်ား၊ ၾကိဳဆုိသူမ်ား၏ ေၾကြးေၾကာ္သံမ်ား ပလူပ်ံေအာင္ ျမင္ေန၊ၾကားေန၊ဖတ္ေနရပါသည္။

တခ်ိန္တည္းမွာ အျဖဴႏွင့္အမဲ တဲြလႊတ္လုိက္သလုိ ေထာက္လွမ္းေရးအၾကီးအကဲေဟာင္း ဦးခင္ညြန္႔ႏွင့္ အဖဲြ႔ဝင္တခ်ဳိ႕လည္း လြတ္ေျမာက္လာခဲ့ပါသည္။ ထုိသူတုိ႔ႏွင့္ပတ္သက္၍ေတာ့ တုန္႔ျပန္မႈေတြက တညီတညာ တသံတည္းမရွိ အျပဳသေဘာျဖင့္ မုဒိတာပြားနုိင္သူေတြ ရွိသလုိ မႏွစ္ျမိဳ႕မလုိလားနုိင္သူေတြ အမ်ားအျပား ေျပာဆုိေရးသားတာေတြကုိလည္း ဖတ္ရၾကားရပါသည္။ တခ်ိန္က သူတုိ႔ျပဳမူခဲ့ေသာ လုပ္ရပ္မ်ားအေပၚ ေရာင္ျပန္ဟပ္မႈမ်ားပင္ ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ရင္ထဲမွခံစားခ်က္အမွန္ကုိ တုန္႔ျပန္လာသူတုိ႔ကုိ အျပစ္မဆုိသာပါ။
သုိ႔ေသာ္ တခ်ဳိ႕ေသာေရးသားခ်က္မ်ား၌ အမႊမ္းတင္လြန္းသျဖင့္ ရုပ္ပ်က္ရသည္ ဆုိသကဲ့သုိ႔ ျဖစ္ေန သလား ေတြးမိပါသည္။ ဦးခင္ညြန္႔၏ေျခသြက္လက္သြက္ရွိပံုႏွင့္ ေကာက္က်စ္စဥ္းလဲမႈကုိ ေဖာ္ျပရာ၌ အျခား ေသာစစ္ဗုိလ္ခ်ဳပ္မ်ားထက္ သာလြန္ေၾကာင္း ႏႈိင္းယွဥ္ေဖာ္ျပထားပါသည္။ ကုလားၾကီးႏွင့္အရာၾကီး အတူတူပင္ ျဖစ္ေသာ္လည္း ကုလားၾကီးကုိပုိ၍ အမွတ္ေပးထားသကဲ့သုိ႔ ျဖစ္မေနပါသေလာ။ ထုိသုိ႔ဆုိလွ်င္ ဦးခင္ညြန္႔ ေထာင္ထဲေရာက္ေနသည္က ျမန္မာျပည္အတြက္ ပုိေကာင္းသည္ဟု မွတ္ခ်က္ခ်ရမလုိျဖစ္ေနသည္။ ဦးသန္းေရႊ ပင္လွ်င္ ဦးခင္ညြန္႔ေလာက္ ေၾကာက္စရာ မေကာင္းသည့္ပံုပမာ ျဖစ္ေန၏။ လက္ေတြ႔အေျခအေန၌ ႏွစ္ဦးစလံုး နုိင္ငံေရးအခန္းက႑မွာ တရားဝင္ မပတ္သက္ေတာ့ျပီ။ က်ားေသမ်ား ျဖစ္သြားၾကေလျပီ။
ဖတ္ခဲ့ဖူးေသာ အေၾကာင္းအရာတခုကုိ သြားေတြးမိသည္။ ေခတ္သစ္ကေမၻာဒီးယား ေက်ာင္းသားႏွစ္ဦး ၏ အျမင္သေဘာထား။ သူတုိ႔ေလွ်ာက္သြားေသာ လမ္းေပၚမွာ ခမာနီေခါင္းေဆာင္ေဟာင္းတစ္ဦးႏွင့္ ဆံုေတြ႔ရာ ေက်ာင္းသားတဦးက ကေမၻာဒီးယားနုိင္ငံနွင့္ ျပည္သူေတြရဲ႕ ဘဝကုိနင္းေခ်ဖ်က္ဆီးခဲ့ေသာ ရာဇဝတ္သားအျဖစ္ ရႈျမင္ျပီး ေနာက္တဦးကေတာ့ ေရွ႕ခရီးဆက္ေနေသာ မိမိတုိ႔လူ႔အဖဲြ႔အစည္းမွာ ၄င္းျဖစ္ရပ္မ်ားကုိ အတိတ္မွာ ထားခဲ့ရန္ အၾကံျပဳသည္။
တကယ္ေတာ့ ဦးခင္ညြန္႔သည္လည္း အာဏာရွင္စစ္ဗုိလ္ခ်ဳပ္ၾကီးမ်ားထဲမွ တဦးသာလွ်င္ ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ယေန႔ျမန္မာ့နုိင္ငံေရး တုိးတက္ျဖစ္ေပၚမႈမ်ားမွာ စစ္ဗုိလ္ခ်ဳပ္ၾကီးမ်ား၏ ေစတနာေကာင္းသက္သက္ေၾကာင့္ မဟုတ္ဘဲ ဆယ္စုႏွစ္မ်ားစြာ အဆက္မျပတ္တိုက္ပဲြဝင္ခဲ့ေသာ ျပည္သူ႔ဘက္ေတာ္သားမ်ား၏ စြမ္းေဆာင္မႈႏွင့္ ကမၻာ့နုိင္ငံၾကီးမ်ား၏ မဟာဗ်ဴဟာ ေရႊ႕ေျပာင္းအာရံုစုိက္မႈတုိ႔၏ ရလဒ္ပင္ ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ထုိအေျခအေနေအာက္ တြင္ တပ္မေတာ္ထဲမွ သမာသမတ္က်ေသာ စစ္ေခါင္းေဆာင္မ်ား လုပ္ပုိင္ခြင့္နယ္က်ယ္လာျခင္းလည္း ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ရခဲလွေသာ ထုိအခြင့္အလမ္းကို ထိထိမိမိ ဆုပ္ကုိင္အသံုးခ် သင့္ပါသည္။
ဦးခင္ညြန္႔၊ ဦးသန္းေရႊအပါအဝင္ အျငိမ္းစားဗုိလ္ခ်ဳပ္ၾကီးမ်ား၏ အတိတ္က လုပ္ေဆာင္ခ်က္မ်ားႏွင့္ ပါဝင္ပတ္သက္မႈမ်ားကုိ ေမ့ေလ်ာ့၊ ဥေပကၡာျပဳထားရန္ မဟုတ္ေသာ္လည္း သူတုိ႔၏ အခန္းက႑ကုိ ပံုၾကီးခ်ဲ႕ ေျပာဆုိေနရန္ မလုိေတာ့ပါ။ ထုိသုိ႔သူတုိ႔အေၾကာင္း အေရးတယူ ေရးၾကီးခြင္က်ယ္ ေျပာဆုိေရးသား ေနျခင္းကပင္ သူတုိ႔ကုိ အသိအမွတ္ျပဳ အေလးထားရာ ေရာက္ေနပါသည္။
မလုိအပ္ဘဲ လူတစ္ေယာက္အေၾကာင္း အေကာင္းျဖစ္ျဖစ္၊အဆုိးျဖစ္ျဖစ္ ဆက္တုိက္ေဖာ္ျပေနျခင္းျဖင့္ နဂုိရည္မွန္းခ်က္ႏွင့္ ဆန္႔က်င္ဘက္ရလဒ္မ်ား ေပၚထြက္လာတတ္သည္။ က်ေနာ္ငယ္ငယ္က လူၾကီးမိဘေတြ ေျပာစကား မွတ္သားဖူးပါသည္။ လြတ္လပ္ေရးရျပီးစအခါက ဗုိလ္ခ်ဳပ္ေအာင္ဆန္းႏွင့္တကြ အာဇာနည္ ေခါင္းေဆာင္ၾကီးမ်ားကုိ ရက္ရက္စက္စက္ လုပ္ၾကံသတ္ျဖတ္ခဲ့သည့္ ဂဠံဳဦးေစာအား ျပည္ဖ်က္သစၥာေဖာက္ မွန္း ပုိမုိသိသာေပၚလြင္ေစရန္ ျမန္မာျပည္အႏွံ႔ရုပ္ရွင္ရံုမ်ား၌ ရုပ္ရွင္ဇာတ္ကားမျပမီ ဂဠံဳဦးေစာတုိ႔အဖဲြ႔ ၾကိဳးစင္ တက္ရသည့္ျမင္ကြင္း သတင္းရုပ္ရွင္ကုိ ျပသေပးသည္။ ရက္ရွည္လမ်ား ျပသလာသည့္အခါ ၾကိဳးစင္ေပၚသုိ႔ ေအးေဆးတည္ျငိမ္စြာ တက္သြားသည့္ ဂဠံဳဦးေစာ၏ ရုပ္သြင္ကုိေလးစားအားက်ျပီး သူရဲေကာင္းပမာ မွတ္ယူသူေတြ တုိးပြားလာသျဖင့္ ထုိသတင္းရုပ္ရွင္ ျပသမႈကုိ ရပ္နားခဲ့ရသည္ဟု ၾကားဖူးပါသည္။ အာဇာနည္ ေခါင္းေဆာင္ၾကီးမ်ားကုိ လုပ္ၾကံသတ္ျဖတ္သည့္သတင္း ထြက္ကတည္းကပင္ နုိင္ငံေတာ္သစၥာေဖာက္အျဖစ္ လံုေလာက္ေနသူတစ္ဦးကုိ ပုိ၍သမုိင္းနာေအာင္ လုပ္မိသျဖင့္ မေမွ်ာ္လင့္ေသာ ဆန္႔က်င္ဘက္ရလဒ္ႏွင့္ၾကံဳေတြ႔ ရသည္ဟု ထင္ျမင္မိပါသည္။ အမွန္ဆုိလွ်င္ ဗုိလ္ခ်ဳပ္တုိ႔၏ နုိင္ငံေတာ္ စ်ာပနအခမ္းအနားကုိ မၾကာခဏ ျပသျခင္းက ပုိမုိ ေကာင္းမြန္ပါဦးမည္။
လက္ရွိျမန္မာ့နုိင္ငံေရး အေျပာင္းအလဲကုိ ဦးစီးပဲ့ကုိင္ ဖန္တီးနုိင္တာက လက္ရွိအစုိးရအဖဲြ႔ဝင္မ်ား၊ တပ္ေခါင္းေဆာင္မ်ား၊ ဒီမုိကရက္တစ္အင္အားစုမ်ား၊ တုိင္းရင္းသားအင္အားစုမ်ားသာ ျဖစ္ေပသည္။ သုိ႔ျဖစ္ပါ၍ လက္ငင္းတာဝန္ယူေနေသာ အစုိးရေခါင္းေဆာင္မ်ားအတြင္း၌ မည္သူေတြက အေျပာင္းအလဲျဖစ္ေပၚရန္ စိတ္ေရာကုိယ္ပါ လုိလားမႈရွိသည္၊ လက္ေတြ႔လုပ္ေဆာင္ေနသည္၊ မည္သူေတြက အေျပာင္းအလဲအတြက္ တံု႔ေႏွးေလးကန္ ေနသည္၊ တုိင္းျပည္၏ ဘ႑ာမ်ားကုိ မည္ေရြ႕မည္မွ် အလဲြသံုးစားျပဳထားသည္ စသည္မ်ားကုိ အေလးထား စူးစမ္းရွာေဖြသံုးသပ္ ေနရမည့္ အခ်ိန္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။
အစုိးရလုပ္ေဆာင္သမွ် လုပ္ရပ္ေတြကုိ ကန္႔ကြက္ျခင္း၊ေထာက္ခံျခင္း ျပဳေနရံုမွ်ျဖင့္ မည္သည့္ အက်ဳိးသက္ ေရာက္မႈတခုကုိမွ် ေဖာ္ေဆာင္နုိင္မည္မဟုတ္ဘဲ၊ ရေသ့စိတ္ေျဖရလဒ္သာ ရွိေပမည္။ Road Map ၇ ခ်က္ကုိ အဆင့္တုိင္း တုိက္ဖ်က္မည္ဟု ၾကံဳးဝါးဆန္႔က်င္သည့္အၾကားကပင္ တဆင့္ခ်င္းမွန္မွန္ ျပီးေျမာက္ လာသည္။ VOTE NO, NO VOTE အျငင္းပြားေနၾကရင္း ၂၀၀၈ ဖဲြ႔စည္းပံု အတည္ျဖစ္လာသည္။ ေရြးေကာက္ပဲြ ဆန္႔က်င္ေရးေတြ ေၾကြးေၾကာ္လႈပ္ရွားေနရင္း လႊတ္ေတာ္ႏွင့္ အစုိးရသစ္ ေပၚေပါက္လာသည္။ ခုဆုိလွ်င္ လူထုေခါင္းေဆာင္ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္ကုိယ္တုိင္ ဦးေဆာင္ေသာ NLD ပင္ ၾကားျဖတ္ ေရြးေကာက္ပဲြဝင္ရန္ စည္းရံုးလႈပ္ရွားေနေပျပီ။ အေျပာင္းအလဲျဖစ္ရပ္ေတြ ေနာက္ေၾကာင္းျပန္ လန္က်မသြားေအာင္ တပ္မေတာ္သား ေတြ ပါဝင္လာဖုိ႔ လုိအပ္သည္။ တပ္မေတာ္ကုိ ခ်ဥ္းကပ္စည္းရံုုးရမည္ဟု ေဒၚစုကုိယ္တုိင္ အေလးအနက္ ထားေျပာၾကားျပီးလည္း ျဖစ္ပါသည္။
ယခုအခ်ိန္မွာ တပ္ကုိအလံုးစံုဆန္႔က်င္ေရးျဖင့္ သြားရန္ပုိ၍ မျဖစ္နုိင္ေတာ့ျပီ။ လက္ခံသည္ျဖစ္ေစ၊ လက္မခံသည္ျဖစ္ေစ၊ ျမန္မာ့နုိင္ငံေရးသမုိင္းတေလွ်ာက္ တပ္မေတာ္က Institution အားေကာင္းေသာ ေနရာ မွာ ရွိခဲ့သည္။ ၁၉၈၈ ေနာက္ပုိင္း ပုိျပီးအားေကာင္းလာခဲ့သည္။ ေခါင္းေဆာင္ေတြ အဆက္မျပတ္ေမြးထုတ္ေပး နုိင္သည္။ ထုိ Institution အားေကာင္းမႈကုိ ခုတံုးလုပ္ကာ ဆယ္စုႏွစ္မ်ားစြာ ျပည္သူ႔ဆႏၵႏွင့္ဆန္႔က်င္၍ တဘက္သတ္အုပ္စုိးခဲ့ျခင္း ျဖစ္ေပသည္။ သုိ႔ရာတြင္ ျမန္မာျပည္၌ စစ္အာဏာရွင္စနစ္ ျဖစ္ထြန္းတည္ရွိေသာ္ လည္း တပ္မေတာ္သားအားလံုးေတာ့ အာဏာရွင္စရုိက္ မရွိတန္ရာ။ စစ္အစိုးရလက္ထက္မွာပင္ ရုိးသား ေျဖာင့္မတ္ေသာ စစ္ေခါင္းေဆာင္ေတြ အထင္အရွားရွိခဲ့သည္။ လက္ရွိကာလ အေျပာင္းအလဲအတြက္ စစ္တပ္အတြင္း အုပ္စုအားစမ္းျပိဳင္ပဲြမွာ သူတုိ႔ရဲ႕အခန္းက႑ အေရးပါလာပါျပီ။ သူတုိ႔ဘယ္သူေတြလဲဆုိတာ တပ္ျခံစည္းရုိးေတြကုိေဖာက္ျပီး စူးစမ္းေလ့လာဖုိ႔အခ်ိန္တန္ေနပါျပီ။ အဲဒီလုိ ပုဂၢဳိလ္မ်ဳိးေတြကုိ မွန္မွန္ကန္ကန္ အသိအမွတ္ျပဳေပးဖုိ႔လုိပါျပီ။
ေက်ာင္းသားေခါင္းေဆာင္ ကုိကုိၾကီးႏွင့္အင္တာဗ်ဴးမွာ ေနာက္ဆံုးေျဖၾကားခ်က္ေလးကုိ သေဘာက်မိ ပါသည္။ “အရပ္ရပ္အေျခအေနေတြေၾကာင့္ က်ေနာ္တုိ႔ အက်ဥ္းေထာင္တြင္းက လြတ္ေျမာက္လာပါျပီ။ ဆက္လက္ျပီး က်ေနာ္တုိ႔ကုိယ္တုိင္ အတိတ္အက်ဥ္းသား၊ သံသယအက်ဥ္းသား အျဖစ္မွ လြတ္ေျမာက္ေအာင္ ၾကိဳးစားၾကဖုိ႔ လုိအပ္ပါတယ္” ဆုိသည့္ သေဘာမ်ဳိးေျပာသြားသည္။

ယခုအခ်ိန္မွာ တပ္ကုိအလံုးစံုဆန္႔က်င္ေရးျဖင့္ သြားရန္ပုိ၍ မျဖစ္နုိင္ေတာ့ျပီ။ လက္ခံသည္ျဖစ္ေစ၊ လက္မခံသည္ျဖစ္ေစ၊ ျမန္မာ့နုိင္ငံေရးသမုိင္းတေလွ်ာက္ တပ္မေတာ္က Institution အားေကာင္းေသာ ေနရာ မွာ ရွိခဲ့သည္။ ၁၉၈၈ ေနာက္ပုိင္း ပုိျပီးအားေကာင္းလာခဲ့သည္။ ေခါင္းေဆာင္ေတြ အဆက္မျပတ္ေမြးထုတ္ေပး နုိင္သည္။ ထုိ Institution အားေကာင္းမႈကုိ ခုတံုးလုပ္ကာ ဆယ္စုႏွစ္မ်ားစြာ ျပည္သူ႔ဆႏၵႏွင့္ဆန္႔က်င္၍ တဘက္သတ္အုပ္စုိးခဲ့ျခင္း ျဖစ္ေပသည္။ သုိ႔ရာတြင္ ျမန္မာျပည္၌ စစ္အာဏာရွင္စနစ္ ျဖစ္ထြန္းတည္ရွိေသာ္ လည္း တပ္မေတာ္သားအားလံုးေတာ့ အာဏာရွင္စရုိက္ မရွိတန္ရာ။ စစ္အစိုးရလက္ထက္မွာပင္ ရုိးသား ေျဖာင့္မတ္ေသာ စစ္ေခါင္းေဆာင္ေတြ အထင္အရွားရွိခဲ့သည္။ လက္ရွိကာလ အေျပာင္းအလဲအတြက္ စစ္တပ္အတြင္း အုပ္စုအားစမ္းျပိဳင္ပဲြမွာ သူတုိ႔ရဲ႕အခန္းက႑ အေရးပါလာပါျပီ။ သူတုိ႔ဘယ္သူေတြလဲဆုိတာ တပ္ျခံစည္းရုိးေတြကုိေဖာက္ျပီး စူးစမ္းေလ့လာဖုိ႔အခ်ိန္တန္ေနပါျပီ။ အဲဒီလုိ ပုဂၢဳိလ္မ်ဳိးေတြကုိ မွန္မွန္ကန္ကန္ အသိအမွတ္ျပဳေပးဖုိ႔လုိပါျပီ။

very strange (most-hated-and-feared & most popular persons )in the same class, a very strange country, Burma alias Myanmar.
It is a very odd in my view, the most popular persons (8888 student leader min ko naing,shan leader u khun htun u,2007 saffron revolution leader u gam bia )& most hated-and-feared former MI boss u khin nyunt are released simultaneously.
i feel very bad when this thinking occurs ./ruthless torturer & popular heroes are released in confusion.

I wonder why some people think he is a soft-liner. Their sense of superiority of military won't never change.
Actually there is no soft-liner or hard-liner inside their ring. All are devoted to militarized nation more or less. Some might want to argue about that but it is true. They all believe what they've done or are doing is right.
They don't feel any guilt a bit even though they murdered innocent people a lot including sangha and are still doing systematic actions of crime against humanity in ethnic conflict zones in some ways.
They only concern about them, military role, their security and their own interest. Every single action they move is based on those priorities.
