Hard to implement in a transition period from dictatorship to democracy.

Only if the person has enough dignity to respect, he/ she will get the respect otherwise there is possibility of disgracefulness in the public places in the democratic countries. And it is depends on the person’s attitude and performance on the jobs taken and whether the steps are moving positively or not.
Cabinet members should not flatter or lie to the president on every single matter unless the president has enough wisdom to take it, otherwise it will drive him to become tyrant in the office.
As well as the president should not lie on the circumstances of public outcries and Myanmar Forces involvement in the current crisis to the public.
In the democratic countries, the president is not a saviour or super hero, just doing his/ her jobs. After their term in the president office, they will go back to their normal life and continue with their interests gracefully.
There are also some disgraceful presidents in the prison in today world because of committing crimes in their time in the president’s office.
If you have no more ability to take the jobs what you doing either you are old or no more strength, simply hand it over to another person and leave the job with dignity. — with Mandalay Voice and 3 others.
